Modi government's gift to the middle class, will now get cheap home

The Central Government is ready to give gifts to middle class families with a new plan. Under this new scheme, those earning annual income of Rs 6 lakh to Rs 18 lakh can now get a discount on home loan. The Government will now provide cheap home loans to middle class families, under the plan to give 'house to everyone'.


According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation, people of middle classes will get 3 to 4% discount in home loan under the new Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme. This scheme will be implemented for one year. The benefit of this scheme can be taken after one January, those who take home loan.




The Government said that since January 1 this year, the people who apply for home loan and those who take home will benefit from it. Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu said that the sale of large numbers of affordable houses would encourage the real estate sector and also increase employment with it.

Let us know that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced that people earning annual income of Rs 9 lakh to Rs 12 lakh will get 4 percent interest on loan amount. At the same time, he had announced a discount of 3% for those earning 12 to 18 lakhs.


According to the rules, a provision of giving interest subsidy of up to Rs 2.35 lakhs on home loan of twenty years has been made. Those earning twelve lakhs will get the benefit of interest subsidy for building or purchasing a house of 110 sqm for a family of 90 sqm and 18 lakhs.
